There is no better toy for a child than an interactive one that engages their mind and helps them in their development process. Especially when you can make it yourself easily using stuff you already have! Here is a great idea found on Craftster.org shared by user Christephi. She calls it a fastener book because each page showcases a different type of fastener, such as a zipper, shoelace, buckle, buttons, velcro and of course snaps. We like to think of it as more than that though because it helps with coordination and tactile sensory--not to mention it's entertaining!
