Sweet Cheeks Diaper Kits Spotlight

Sweet Cheeks Diaper Kits is an all volunteer non-profit organization whose mission is to provide low-income families in the NC Triad area with free cloth diapers and supplies. Cloth diapers are less expensive, better for the environment, and are reusable.

From Shane Morris, founder & CEO of Sweet Cheeks:
"We began making cloth diapers from recycled t-shirts in August of 2010. There is currently no federal, state or local assistance for diapers (cloth OR disposable). We are partnering with local WIC offices to supply cloth diaper kits to families in need. There is currently a waiting list for diaper kits."

Sweet Cheeks has an ongoing need of used 100% cotton t-shirts, new or used diapers, detergent, diaper cream, fabric, and other supplies. You can also attend their monthly Diaper Derby in Greensboro, NC. To learn more about Sweet Cheeks and how you can help, visit Sweet Cheeks Diaper Kits on Facebook.

Sweet Cheeks Diaper Kits is now listed as an approved charity on the KAMsnaps Plastic Snaps for Charities page.
