Sassy, an 11-year old boxer/lab dumped at an overcrowded shelter as a result of a divorce.


Buddy, a 9-yr old golden retriever mix also surrendered to an overcrowded shelter.


These past couple of weeks, as part of the Walkin' the Bark Rescue volunteer team, I was able to help get these senior dogs out of the shelter and into foster homes where they will live comfortably until the are adopted.

Sassy's all smiles now that she's part of a home again--which includes a small dog and a cat!


There's Buddy, after his terribly matted hair was shaved off, enjoying a walk with Popeye, a 2-legged rescue.

Going to the Dogs Giveaway - $280 Philippe Ferrandis Necklace

Our next Going to the Dogs Giveaway starts now. For those of you who are new to our giveaways, we're calling this one "Going to the Dogs" because it helps to benefit a non-profit animal rescue. You'll see how further down.



The Prize

The winner will receive 3 prizes. First, a $25 gift certificate to our online store, www.KAMsnaps.com.

Purchasing a KAM color card is a quick and handy way to see all 60 basic KAM snap colors. However, the color cards don't include our ever-increasing line of custom colors. So every few weeks, we'll offer a free sample cap in one of our custom colors. Collect them all! You can even make your own color card by attaching each cap onto an index card or piece of cardboard, using a socket on the other side to hold it in place--just don't forget to label each color.

We will rotate the colors offered, so if you miss any, just wait until they come around again. Please note that supply is limited, so if we should run out after you've placed your order, we will substitute with another sample color.
