New Troubleshooting Video & Written Instructions for Plastic Snaps

We've vamped up the Troubleshooting section of the Snap Press and Snap Pliers instructions. We've provided more extensive written tips as well as an accompanying video to help new users better understand the underlying problem with plastic snaps that don't snap properly (in most cases anyway).

If the snaps do not close with a loud click or at all, then most likely it is because the center prong was not smushed flat enough and is getting in the way. This happens when not enough pressure is applied when the snap is attached to the fabric or when the fabric is too thin (or both).
