Buddy was a senior dog at risk for euthanasia at an overcrowded shelter 2 years ago. We fostered him and eventually adopted him out. His owner passed away in Oct and Buddy came back to us. We are happy to report that he was just adopted to a new wonderful home and will be trained as an animal assisted therapy dog, which perfectly suits his calm demeanor and love of people.
